1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using SiteInTen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using SiteInTen on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. Your account
You need an account to build and publish a site. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location to use SiteInTen.
3. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
SiteInTen offers a Free plan and three paid plans, Launch, Grow, and Scale. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle you choose.
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month, and annual subscriptions renew every year, until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your current plan.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. Usage and storage limits
Each plan includes specific limits, such as media storage, AI site generations, AI edits, published blog posts, form submissions, and newsletter subscribers and sends. Current limits are listed on our pricing page and enforced by the product. When you reach a limit, the related action may be paused until the next period or until you upgrade. Reaching a limit does not take your published site offline.
5. Custom domains and the annual domain credit
Paid plans let you connect your own custom domain. Domain registration and DNS setup are currently handled with our help rather than fully automated. The annual Grow and annual Scale plans each include a domain credit that covers one eligible domain for your first year only. It is a first-year credit, not an ongoing benefit, does not renew automatically at no cost, and once redeemed a domain credit may be non-refundable.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid features remain available through the end of the period you already paid for, unless stated otherwise. Refunds are generally not automatic. We review refund requests individually and honor refunds where required by law or by our published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content and who owns it
You own the content you create, upload, or publish through SiteInTen, including your text, images, blog posts, and subscriber lists. To provide the service, you grant SiteInTen a limited license to host, store, process, display, and publish that content as needed to operate your site, deliver your newsletters, and run the features you use. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we must retain for legal or backup reasons for a limited time.
8. AI-generated content
SiteInTen uses AI to generate a first draft of your site and to help you edit it. AI output can contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or content that does not fit your business. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you publish or send, including AI-generated copy, before it goes live. AI-generated drafts are provided as a starting point, not as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You agree to use SiteInTen lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use SiteInTen for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement of others rights, or content that is illegal where you or your audience are located. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that create legal, security, or payment-processing risk.
10. Email and newsletter responsibilities
If you collect subscribers and send newsletters, you are responsible for having the right to contact your recipients, for honoring unsubscribe requests, and for following applicable email and privacy laws. You may not upload purchased or scraped lists, send to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or send misleading messages. Poor sending practices can harm deliverability for everyone, so we may limit or suspend sending that puts the platform at risk.
11. Service availability and changes
We work to keep SiteInTen available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Some features may be labeled beta or may change, improve, or be removed as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance and updates that briefly affect availability.
12. Disclaimers
SiteInTen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement or that results, including AI output, will be accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiteInTen and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Termination
You can stop using SiteInTen and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or our payment processor, or where required by law. We aim to give notice where practical. If your account is terminated for a violation, fees already paid may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiteInTen operates. The specific governing law and venue will be identified here before general availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own location.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use SiteInTen after an update means you accept the revised terms.
