Our commitment
SiteInTen is working to make its website, dashboard, and the sites it generates accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. This is ongoing work rather than a one-time project.
Standard we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our reference, targeting WCAG 2.2 level AA where practical. We are not claiming that every page meets every criterion today, and we do not claim complete conformance or certification. We aim to close gaps over time.
What we build toward
Across our marketing pages and the product, we work to include:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so structure is clear.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Labels and descriptions for form fields and interactive controls.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting so animations can be minimized.
Reporting a barrier
If you run into an accessibility barrier on our site or in the product, we want to hear about it. Please tell us what happened, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you were using, if any. Email us at accessibility@siteinten.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days and to work with you on a solution or a reasonable alternative.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is a moving target as our product grows. We review feedback, fix issues we find, and factor accessibility into new features. We will update this statement as our work continues.
This is a plain-English starter policy provided for transparency. It is not legal advice and may be updated as SiteInTen grows. Please have your own advisor review anything you rely on.
