Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on any paid plan (Launch, Grow, or Scale) you can connect your own custom domain, served over HTTPS. Domain registration and DNS setup are handled with our help for now.
Does the free plan include a custom domain?
No. The Free plan publishes to a SiteInTen subdomain. Connecting your own custom domain is available on every paid plan.
Do any plans include a free domain?
Annual Grow and annual Scale each include a domain credit that covers one eligible domain for your first year only. The credit applies to the first year, not on an ongoing basis, and monthly plans do not include it.
Are blog posts really unlimited on paid plans?
Yes, for posts you write yourself: manual blog posts and drafts are unlimited on Launch, Grow, and Scale. AI-generated blog drafts are metered separately per month (3 on Launch, 10 on Grow, 30 on Scale), because AI usage always stays capped.
What happens if I hit storage limits?
We warn you as you approach your limit and pause new uploads once you reach it, but your published site stays online. Images are optimized to WebP before storage, so usage reflects what is actually saved. Upgrade any time for more room.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and your published site stays live. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid features stay available through the end of the period you already paid for. If you end up over a lower plan's limits, existing content stays up; only new over-limit actions are paused with a clear message.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to any paid plan, and between paid plans, at any time. Paid upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Does SiteInTen send newsletters?
Yes. Collect subscribers through your forms and send campaigns from the same rich editor. Launch includes up to 500 subscribers and 2,500 sends per month, Grow includes up to 2,500 subscribers and 10,000 sends per month plus autoresponders, and Scale includes up to 10,000 subscribers and 50,000 sends per month.
Do you support teams or agencies?
Not yet. SiteInTen is single-user today. Grow and Scale list 2 and 5 users because team access is on the roadmap; those seats unlock when the feature ships. If you manage sites for clients, reach out and tell us what you need.
