Billing information

Paid plans are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles your card details directly. SiteInTen does not store full card numbers. We keep limited billing records such as your plan, billing cycle, subscription status, and the identifiers Stripe returns so we can manage your subscription.

Site content and uploaded assets

We store the content you create, including your site copy, design settings, images, and other media you upload, so we can host and publish your site.

Form submissions

When visitors submit a form on your site, we store the submission and deliver it to you. This can include the contact details and messages your visitors choose to send.

Newsletter subscriber data

If you use the newsletter feature, we store the subscribers you collect, such as email addresses and subscription status, so you can send campaigns and honor unsubscribe requests.

Analytics data

We collect privacy-friendly analytics about visits to your published site, such as page views, referring sources, and general device or region information, to give you useful traffic insight. Our analytics are designed to avoid invasive tracking.

2. How we use information

• To generate and edit your site with AI when you use those features.

3. Service providers and subprocessors

We rely on trusted service providers to run SiteInTen, and we share only the information they need to perform their service. These include our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, our email delivery provider, and our AI provider for site generation and editing. These providers are expected to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.

4. Email communications

We may send you account, billing, security, and support emails related to your use of SiteInTen. Marketing emails, if any, will include a way to opt out. Emails your own site sends to your subscribers are governed by your choices and your responsibilities under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so we cannot promise that information will always be safe from every risk. You can read more on our Security page.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except for limited records we must keep for legal, tax, security, or backup reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

You can access and update much of your account information from within the product, and you can cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. 8. Children's privacy

SiteInTen is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can address it.

9. International users

SiteInTen and our providers may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer information, we take steps intended to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
